Synopsis
Moulin Rouge! The Musical is the Korean production of the Broadway musical, presented in Korea from 2025 to 2026. I served as a Resident Assistant Director on the Korean creative team throughout the run.
Set in turn-of-the-century Paris, the musical tells the sweeping and tragic love story between Christian, a young writer who arrives in Paris in search of love, and Satine, the dazzling star of the Moulin Rouge. Through spectacle, music, and heightened theatricality, the production explores themes of love, desire, and sacrifice.
